Without an up to date vaccination certificate we cannot allow your cat to be admitted into the Cattery
We will need to see :
Vaccination within the last year: C = Coryza, Ch = Chiamydophilose, T = Typhus, FeLV = Feline Leucose
Treatment against worms fleas & ticks
Medication can be given on receipt of the vet's prescription, at no extra charge.
